Traceable to the manufacturer. Certified to the contract.
We are a distributor, which means our value is entirely in the chain of custody. Every item we sell is procured directly from the original manufacturer, is new and unused, and arrives with documentation that traces it back to the lot it came from.
01 Approved-source procurement
The most common failure mode in defense supply is material that cannot be traced to an approved source. We eliminate it at the front of the process.
QPL / QML verified before quote
For government orders we confirm the manufacturer is QPL or QML approved for the specific NSN before we submit pricing — not after award.
Direct from the manufacturer
We buy from the original manufacturer, not from brokers or the independent aftermarket. There is no unknown link in the chain.
New and unused only
No surplus, no reclaimed, no re-reeled material of unknown provenance. Nothing is altered or substituted without written customer approval.
02 Counterfeit material avoidance
Our sourcing model is the control. Buying only from original manufacturers removes the exposure that screening is designed to catch after the fact.
No broker or independent-distributor purchases
We do not source from the open market, brokers, or independent distributors for government orders. Purchase orders go directly to the original manufacturer.
Documented chain of custody
Manufacturer name, CAGE, and lot or batch number are recorded on the certificate for every delivered lot, tying the material to a specific production run.
No substitution without approval
If the specified part is unavailable, we come back with the problem and a proposed alternate for written approval. We do not substitute silently.
Escape reporting
Any suspect or nonconforming material identified after delivery is reported to the customer, with the affected lot and the manufacturer notified.
